Stop Handicapped Parking Violators

I would like you to support stopping handicapped parking violators. If drivers or passengers don't have any reason to park in the spot, then they should not be parking there at all! People also block the handicapped spot if they just go into a store or somewhere. I would like something done about the issue! Thank you!
