FSC cigarettes cause people to smoke more because just to keep them lit you have to keep smoking them. I set one in the ashtray and it goes out I have to keep puffing so I probably smoke twice as much of the cigarette just to keep it lit.Look at the numbers cigarettes will burn out before starting a house fire. All congress is worried about is a few grass fires.
Congress doesn't want people to stop smoking there is a lot of tax revenue generated
If congress can justify the reason behind this FSC mandate make it public
