Delay/Denial of Medical Treatment
My son passed away in the VA Hospital Mather CA. on 04/24/2022 at the age of 59 yrs
his medical records support clinically his condition, but does not reflect what actually happened over the three days he was in the hospital. We were not advised during the three days on his condition, we did not receive any phone calls advising us what was going on, we had no meetings with any doctor. His primary doctors left on friday at 4:30pm and from what I was told there were fill-in doctors from UC Davis that work on the weekends. Anthony Dee my only son passed away from a massive infection from the results of a chemo treatment that he received a week prior.
