This has been going on far too long. Once a quota was established on number of adoptions and state funding founded on the success rate of adoptions increasing every year, it became obvious that widespread, systemic corruption was at play. I read this first almost 7 years ago. There is no relief or remedy to date. More families ripped apart. More children traumatized. More blind eyes and deaf ears. When monetary incentives outweigh the value of family...of privacy...of liberty...it is a sign of a nation in peril. One life is not more valuable than another. I still hope for humanity. Decency. Honesty. To see my own family reunited after being ripped apart by deceit. By our own friends and family choosing to believe the lies told by "professionals"...likely because of being taught that "professionals would never lie because their jobs and lives depend upon them following what is right." A lesson I thought was a good one until I experienced the opposite. For those experiencing this ludicrous and numbing circumstance, I am thankful for not being blind. For not being deaf. For enlightenment. Of course, we wish family and friends would evaluate independently and choose to be knowledgeable instead of regurgitate and/or fabricate false claims. I am saddened that some of mine could not, but it taught me who I do and who I do not allow to be close to me. I am happy living out from under their judgements and ignorance. I work daily to forgive them and to avoid making the mistakes with others that they made with me. No one is perfect. This is true...but I know we, as a nation, should not tolerate usarism. Placing prices on the heads of children who are "loved, nurtured, healthy, well-adjusted, and adorable"(words spoken by the judge in the orders when I lost 3 of my 5 kids to forced adoption) is wrong. Wrongful termination of parental relationships/rights in order for states to meet the quota for adoptions funding is abominable. My hope for 2019 is that changes are made to stop these heinous practices, to abolish the child protective agencies as we know them(since they are fundamentally rooted in fraud and regularly violate human rights as drawn by the Constitution), that the DOJ/court systems are problematic compadres to agency corruption, and that families are secured together without a threat of corruption and extortion by it's own government. Lofty? Sure, I guess, but not really. Shouldn't all Americans feel safe in their homes...children with their parents...and with government as an ally, not an adversity?REPORT COMMENTS

Child protective services took my children away and my entire life!!! I was a good mother. I was thoroughly involved in my kids life, they were my everything. I am not perfect and I made a mistake but I corrected it and did everything I was told to do. They lied time and time again. I had proof. I went to court with tons of proof of the lies. They made sure I wouldn't be able to get my baby back, they made it impossible and there is nobody to help, unless u have money and can hire an expensive attorney, which I didn't. We had a great life, my kids had everything. Straight A students, I went to all their school functions, coached cheer for my oldest. They destroyed the lives of our entire family and extended family and we couldn't do anything to stop them. I spent day after day trying to research how to get help but there was nothing I could do. My fate was decided by a 25 year old girl, who wasn't married, had no kids, fresh out of college with not a single clue what she was doing and allowed to lie in order to cover up her misakes and I will never have a life again. She, they destroyed our life and should be shut down completely. I can't imagine a more corrupt organization. All CPS does is kidnaps children and sells them and our government allows them to get away with it. I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

I personally composed letters to congressmen and senators on behalf of my friend (single mother whose 2 children were taken from her 3-years ago). After investigations were launched, we learned that her daughter was placed in fostercare w/ a man who set-up 24-hour video surveillance on her 12-yo daughter. My friend got her son back, but still waiting for her daugher to return home. I pray this satanic corruption be exposed nationwide and end now.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a mother of four kids and three of my children have disabilities. I am a mother that has been going through a lot with CPS. And it has become a nightmare for me. To think my kids are coming straight home from school, to being lied to by teachers and principles stating that they have no idea where my kids are at, to me going down to the policestation waiting on the police to file a warrant for my arrest, and stating i have been charged with injury to a child with a disability. I just don't understand why this is happening to the mothers that are for their children and not the ones who are not. And i was told by Mesquite judge that i am not able to go 1000 feet of my home nor 1000 feet to the school. And i really don't understand this complicated system at all. One thing about me, I will go without to make sure my kids have. And i know and others who know me knows i am a good mother. The police stated that they had my kids into custody all that day, so within that being said, if they had my kids all that day they where cohearsing them to say what they wanted them to say, so that they could build up a case on me. And I believe without a doubt CPS was involved also. I have not seen nor heard from my children since March 2nd 2017. I was told that they where in foster care by one CPS caseworker then i was told that they where all separated. I believe that this is retaliation from the school and from CPS just because I went to the board about the school. And with CPS, I know my rights as a mother, and they did not like the idea of me knowing them.REPORT COMMENTS

I had a house, car. , good job, my bills where always paid, kids never been in public daycare,and honestly our life was PERFECT ... and then CPS came on the accusations of a dope head that I was doing drugs (wish admitting I had at the party the night before had ) they took my kids... this was my first ever offence... I've never even gotten a speeding ticket much less anything else.... and here I am 3 months in and still haven't seen my kids or talk to them ... cps don't give 2 shirts.... all they really are is a group of paid kidnappers who specializes in human trafficking... to top it off they have a hero complex.. it's a joke and needs to be taken apart ... because now my kids are separated, we no longer have a house , and I'm not out of a job... there is nothing left all because cps basically tells you... from the day your born... cps already owns youREPORT COMMENTS

Cps gave my 14yrold to her dad, have Me my 12yrold and has anger and emotional issues, she just tell me I love grdma everday since I got her. Cps kept my 3small grdbabies. Which I'm not aloud to see them, there's no day that goes by that say a prayer to them, also my son lost his 2boys about the same time, and I also send them a prayer. God is Good. This is an issue all across America. My area is tearing families apart and traumatizing children. They continue to violate parental rights, childrens rights, due process, 4th and 14th ammendments for the funding. If it wasnt for thst then they would allow these children to be with family instead they make excuses and make it impossible for the parents to complete the perm plan they set into place if you do they add more and more until the pain and trauma from beung srperated and worring drive the parent insane or committ a ts put of desperation. These rules have to change that starts with the funding to foster parents to bio parents. If anyone involved in a CPS case lies to remove the child or keep a child they need be proscuted on felony charges. We have no trust in our government. When you habe authority able to do as they please with no consequence and they have all power over the outcome wherr do we turn. They have drove my brother insane. No allegstions agaist him the mother abused the child he has fought 15mo denied my mom to keep them. The foster parents have been allowed to lie, sabatoge, follow& film my brother and intervene to take custody. When he found out, went to CPS proved he had a safe home and passed drug test, 3 assesments and took parent classes them babies should have come home. Thry should habe been with my mom period. As a result they are now traumatized 3yr old wakes up screaming"mamaw" all night says "please dont ever leave me again". But have a court date soon because Foster parents filed for custody so chance since they were there 14mo judge will give them back. This Whats going on in the CPS sysyem.REPORT COMMENTS
