H1B SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM SALARY WAGE OF 130,000
Dear Mr. President & all fellow citizens,
It is very common and known fact that many Indian IT companies abuse the H1B system by bringing employees with fake certificate, fake experiences. They replace the existing employees with an agreement of receiving only half the salary. This has resulted in lowering the standards, and many Americans have lost the jobs, resulting in a losing the house, cars etc.
It doesn't mean that there are no Americans to fill these jobs. Its a simple fact that Americans are not even given the opportunity. Indian managers hire only Indians or give the contract to Indian companies.
Its highly recommended to raise the salary minimum wage for the H1B to $130,000, so the real highly profiled H1B employees will be retained and the remaining uneducated H1B's who came through fake experiences will be replaced by other local talented individuals.
Also the work authorization for H4 should be revoked, as it is meant to be only as a dependent visa. If they want to work, they should apply for H1B visa, which will be a fair practice for everyone.
