Judicate Wrongful death cases, involving the Camp LeJeune Toxic Water Contamination Issue,
After decades of no action and the poisoning of Marines and their families, we the undersign demand that congress and the senate stop the stalling and non action they have shown to Marine veterans and families and that wrongful death cases, must stop being left on Advocate General Judges desk collecting dust for years, with no action whatsoever and still remain pending. Marine Veterans many have already died as a result of poison drinking water. A bill in 2012 that was never enforced and few received payments for the healthcare of families, The USA have done little until recently about Veterans and benefits from VA that are denied and denied, in hopes the veteran dies waiting to hear of approval. Time has been wasted on tests that already have proved a measureable increase in certain cancers, now they fought over which diseases, tactics used when Agent Orange was the issue. This cannot continue, some need funds to bury their loved ones. I have waited five years, even with a persumptive and admission by the VA that my husbands liver cancer and death was more likely then not caused by toxic drinking water. VAs own doctor states that in writing. You have forsaken Americas fineast military men, poisoned them for thirty years, and turn your backs on them, with delay after delay, we want justice it is far overdue. Who will fight the future wars if you do not take care of the present Veterans their widows and orphans. Give these Marines justice and their day in court. Especially if even the VA doctors agree was for the reason of death. Five years of nothing, My husband Edward W Hetcher died in 2008 and it took a hard battle to win widows benefits, and dependent veterans, especially when the Marine management covered up evidence. Many yes have died, and wait justice on their wrongful death cases. USA owes them, they are the ones that fought in Vietnam with honor, and have received little respect from their own country. President Trump cannot do it all, it is time overdue that these heroes receive Justice,
