Tigray under a total communication blackout:
phone, internet access, electricity, water, banks, humanitarian corridor, supplies of medicine, total blockade (air and road), over 70,000 refugees to Sudan, Ethnic Tigrayan bank accounts frozen, all Tigrayans can not fly out of the country,
Ethnic Tigrayans dismissed from military, security, and other institutions.
