Non violent sentence reduction.

I was sentenced (non violent) to 30 years in Cleveland Ohio. I am now in home confinement and I would like to reduce my time to 65% to be a free man to remove my leg monitor and be able to find a job. My case manager is giving me hard time by keeping me at home 24 hours a day without a job to get back to the community. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.
