Save a child from CPS workers
My 18 month old grandson was placed with me due to his parents drug use. We (the parents and myself) were told they could visit everyday from the time he was up until bedtime. My daughter has a history with CPS previously (with her daughter) which I have full custody of since 2012. The parents were allowed to come to my home whether they passed drug tests or not. My daughter has so much anger issues, that my home became chaotic with the kids there.Because of my daughters anger none of my other children or grandchildren would come over. I made numerous calls and texts to CPS worker asking for help, I was told the parents had right to visitation. My home became my daughters home not mine. She took total control, threatening her daughter, myself. I was told I couldn't get a restraining order it would violate her rights, WHAT ABOUT OUR RIGHTS , they offered no help by putting the baby in foster care. Now CPS took the baby he is in foster care even though I had her arrested and went and got a restraining order against her, CPS says I didn't want the baby in the home. They continue to lie, and I am now not allowed to see my grandson. His 9 yr. old sister is heartbroken. We want him back so much, we love and miss him everyday. Now my home is safe and free from chaos they still won't let him come back. They failed my grandson and myself. They to need to be held accountable for what they have done. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME for the sake of my grandson.
