I am a truck driver and a Diesel mechanic by trade. My daughter had come to live with me because Mom had tried to kill her. The courts in Oregon had ordered my daughter to return to her mom and I did not let my daughter return. The courts had put me in jail for custodial interference. Because I did not have money for a good attorney . They giving me one for free. The attorney did not help and did not do his job. I did not understand the crime and what would happen to me as I have PTSD and learning problems. Now that I am charged with a Felony, I can not find work to support my self. I also can not rent any place so I have to live in my car. The courts want money from me but I don't make much money because I can't get a job that pays well with my crime. They will not let me speak to my daughter and they had given my daughter to another family for adoption because the mom later was found mentally unfit. I would like to come to canada and work and start a new life. Without fear of any of this in the US. -

My son does after repeated calls to dhs CPS and police that he was living with a mother who was in the depth of a meth addiction. I tried to even surrender him to CPS for his protection. On February 2 2015 he died of co sleeping after mom passed out with him in between herself and a six year old. I've tried to sue but was representing myself and had CPS block any information about all the calls. Please help me right this wrong my son's life should not be in vain.REPORT COMMENTS

My children were taken from me by my in-laws but only after I was cleared by cps and they personally sued . they to preachers with a financial backing. 5 months today since I have gotten to know a single thing about them. These are my beautiful children whom have never been away from me more than 3 days in their 13 and 14 year old lives. Its a corrupt sick world when people are capable of causing so much pain to another and legally be allowed with no proof of a thing but can pay for what they wish. It makes me loose faith in humanity, family (and I now use that term loosely), and even God to an extent for allowing. Legal kidnapping has always been around since the beginning. People like my mother has been doing legal kidnapping all her life. Three (3) legal kidnapping custodies, Three (3) temporary custodies and one kidnapping (no charges). This kidnapping was possible because law enforcement doesn't do data search on marriage license. Only arrested for selling drugs. This kidnapper had one person falsely convicted (he took his life, suicide). Blackmailed another person (suicide). She used children to do this. Law enforcement & judicial system refused to investigate. Her last move was to legally kidnap our granddaughter from our daughter that she legally kidnapped. It's all documented and there is nowhere to report all of this. It is a full blown cover up in the State of Georgia. Proof that your judicial system is primitive and obsolete in todays world. The only evidence they have against my son is his oldest said he was afraid to go home to grandpa! Grandpa is a little more stricter than my son but never hit the kids! My son has custody because the mother left for a drug dealer when the kids were still in diapers! The children are in Foster care, when there dad has a more loving environment at home! He made arrangements to move the kids, and they still took the kids! No bruisers or evidence the kids were being hit! Now they want to keep the kids in the system instead of there dad having them? I am the mother of 10 children that is not a type o. Child 1 was kidnapped by CPS 22 years ago. I never got her back. this past October 2016 8 more children were taken. We asked to speak with a lawyer when the Texas State Troopers came to talk to us about CPS. They talked us out of getting a lawyer. My husband and I were separated from our children while the Troopers spoke to our children. We agreed to speak to CPS which he replied we had our chance to talk he has a court order to take our children. The court order was never shown because it did not exist for 2 days after the removal of our children. The we did not get the emergency hearing the 1st business day after our children were taken if fact it was 14 days later. My husband and I were given each a lawyer who agreed we did nothing wrong, however they backed down when the CPS lawyer told them we would loose our children for good if we did not do services. A second case is now opened with the first and they are looking for child 10.REPORT COMMENTS

I called 911 because my son had a sezier for the first time and im going on a week without my kids a 2 year old and a 6 month old CPS interrogated me and my husband at 2am at the hospital and he had the 6 month old had a sezier and CPS was taking pictures. I live in Bossier City and am in desperate need for someone to help save my son, possibly his life. 8 years ago I escaped an extremely abusive relationship with my ex husband. When I went to my custody hearing, I expected to gain full custody of my son due to the heavily documented medical records showing he had mental health problems and had abused me. However, I was shocked and horrified by the judge?s decision to allow my ex not only to gain domiciliary custody, but to move out of state to Wichita Falls, Texas with my son, taking him away from two siblings and a stay-home-mom! Reasoning was that the crime rate was lower and schools were better. Since then, I have been fighting to get him back with no success. I have been through four lawyers and thousands of dollars, yet no one can find a logical reason why my son was allowed to be with his father in the first case. My son has since continuously stated his father is very abusive, and two years ago my son attempted to take his own life after an incident in which he was able to tell the judge about a recent abuse incident that involved his father, step-mother, and himself, and the judge sent him straight back to his father. His reasoning then was that my son, 10 at the time, could not recall if his father?s fist was open or closed, nor what time it was when the incident occurred. About one month ago, we had yet another court date in which my son had a face to face talk with the judge and explained how desperate he is to live with me, and how scared he is of his father. He was about to turn 13 at this time. Shortly after, the judge ordered my son stay with my ex and even allowed them to move even further, this time to Tennessee! My son was devastated! He spent the next few days begging his father not to make him go, stating that if he moved with him, he would kill himself. My son was taken to a counselor and stated the same to her. She wrote a document to the judge stating what my son had told her, and still, nothing was done. My son, out of desperation, made a YouTube video begging ?anyone? to help him as he explained the entire situation. The video was somehow forwarded to the judge, and the judge called an emergency meeting and demanded the video be taken down (my son called the judge out by name), yet still did nothing to help my son. In the short three weeks after he moved to Tennessee, my son?s school had already made a report to CPS and my son ran away from home. He even refused to bring my son for his court ordered visitation, forcing my son to miss my wedding. My ex did not allow me to speak with my son prior our next court date, so I was not aware of the CPS report, nor that fact that he ran away from home. We had another court date last week, in which the judge stated he was ?not going to let the tail wag the dog?, saying he was not going to allow my son to manipulate him into making a decision. My mother is a minister and kept my son from me in court. I was Accused of neglect. I fought for visitation. This was a "Legal" kidnapping though a guardianship in CA only. Our boys William Scott Baumhardt Jr and kyle Matthew Baumhardt were taken from us for two little marks on knee we went for a check up and they said we had yo go to children's hospital and the reason was to check his blood to see if he was low on iron next thing we know we had to stay for more testing and put throw hell for almost 4 days at the hospital told we would be leaving at the end of each test it was crazy they made us sing paper's to do all this stuff and we didn't do anything wrong put love our boys they add more pictures saying we did all these marks on our boy's we want them back now and I can't believe the acts of the government we pay took everything from us I can't bring myself to ever forgive you for the time we lost with our boy'sREPORT COMMENTS

Cps in Montana especially in Missoula county and Mineral county r so corrupt!!!! Both counties stole my girls from me and my husband. Missoula Montana CPS system is one of the worst!!! They stole mine and my husband's youngest without any cause and without paperwork even after we did our voluntary deal with them. We did everything that was required of us and before the 30 days were done, they closed our case and gave who we thought were our friends full custody and told us we were a danger to our 4 year old. We had her in our custody for 4 years and she was perfectly healthy and was enrolled into Early Headstart, WIC, tanif, and other agencies from birth to 4years old. Also, my husband and I work with the mental health center called 3Rivers mental health in Missoula. My daughter was caught up on all her health and dental especially her immunizations. CPS gave my 4 year old her 5 year shots a year early without my consent and changed her primary doctor without consent. The agencies my family work with r mandated reporters and they all say they haven't seen anything to report when they came to our home. CPS need to know the difference between good parents and bad parents. They say they r around to help children? I don't think so!!!! They kill more and more children every year because of horrible choices for foster care or temporary placements. CPS needs to do more research on everything they supposedly stand for cause my opinion is that they r homewreckers child murderers.REPORT COMMENTS
