Stop suspending license for child support
It's a no win situation for the family or the child it's all about the system winning the kids don't get to see any if the payments. It's unfair for the parent that is behind in payments to loose there license due to non payment when trying to make it right by going to look for a job if they already don't have one or to get to the job they have. If the license is suspended how do you expect for the parent that owes child support to get to work so that they could make a payment? Or how do you expect them to go look for a job to make a payment without a license? Then the system wants to say that the parent in non compliance with the order because they didn't receive a payment. If we are already behind in payments why take away our license to stop us from making a living.
