SUSPECION OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM BY SEIU STEPHEN LERNER
WE THE PEOPLE CALL FOR THE IMMEDIATE ARREST AND DETENTION OF SEIU STEPHEN LERNER FOR DOMESTIC TERRORISM
WE, THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITES STATES OF AMERICA, CALL FOR THE IMMEDIATE ARREST AND DETENTION OF SEIU EXECUTIVE STEPHEN LERNER ON SUSPECISION OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM IN VIOLATION OF ARTICLE 802 OF THE PATRIOTS ACT.
PATRIOT ACT, Section 802, defines Domestic Terrorism as; A person engages in domestic terrorism if they do an act ""dangerous to human life"" that is a violation of the criminal laws of a state or the United States, if the act appears to be intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping. Additionally, the acts have to occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States and if they do not, may be regarded as international terrorism."
I hereby offer that the comments made by Stephen Lerner at the SEIU 775 Convention in Seattle Washington on September 22, 2011 whereby he called for civil disobedience by Unions in Washington DC and Wall Street by instructing SEIU employees under his employ to block roads and bridges and create a ?crisis? for the sole purpose of coercing civilian population and influence the policy of the government by intimidation and coercion. Stephen Lerner has made many other inflammatory statements with no other intention other than to cause civil disobedience and unrest which at such a time and tensions high in America could cause severe damage to our economy, its citizens, and property.

We the citizens of the United States of America, demand that Stephen Lerner be arrested immediately on suspicion of Domestic Terrorism and held without bail due to the enormous flight risk he poses. To remain in the custody of the Federal Government until such a time that an investigation has been completed and he is either admonished of all charges or formally charged and tried in a court of law.
