It is a disgrace that Congress even signed the Border Patrol Pay Reform Act and put the burden of budget cuts onto our field agents. This bill exempts agents from the Fair Labor Standards Act. Now, while they can not even figure out how to implement this horrible pay reform act, they want to further cut our pay. We spend billions of dollars a year on wasteful projects and programs. We give billions of dollars in aid to foreign countries that hate us. The Pay Reform Act only saves 1 billion dollars over the next 10 YEARS! The security of our border is worth an extra 100 million dollars a year.

How is it possible that we have billions of dollars to 'lend'to foreign countries, without the possibility of being paid back, yet we cannot pay our very own federal govt employees.

This action shows the lack of concern for border protection by the current administration

Who else is going to protect our borders? The safety of the U.S. Citizens isn't important to the government expecting these men and women to protect and serve at their fullest potential when they have received a 40% pay cut which is on top of an already hefty cut made previously...shame!!

The government doesn't expect for these agents to give only 60% of their time and lives so why should the government pay 40% less... nonsense.... keep allowing illegals into the country to live comfortable and take from our own.... get your stuff together!!!!

It is part of Emperor Obama's plan to maintain a porous border. He hates the USA.
