CPS TOOK MY KIDS AFTER MY GRANDPARENTS DIED WITH IN TENN MONTHS TO THE DAY AND I GOT CUSTODY OF MY 17 YEAR OLD BROTHER AND HE WAS ALREADY BAD OFF AND FAILING AND DRINKING I HAD THREE SMALL BABIES AT THE TIME AND I HAD CALL HOUSING TO BE ABLE TO GET BIGGER PLACE BUT HE MOVED IN WITH ME IN A THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT AND H.D. MY OLDEST SON WAS SACRED OF THE DARK SO HE ALWAYS SLEPT IN MY ROOM SO I ALLOWED MY BROTHER SO TAKE H.D ROOM THEN MY BROTHER STARTED SNEAKING OUT STEALING MY MONEY WHICH CAUSE MY LIGHTS TO BE TURNED OFF AND HE WAS ALWAYS DAMAGING MY BELONGING AND THE LANDLORDS BUILDING AND HE HAD BROKE OUT SEVERAL WINDOWS SO NOW I WAS FACING AND EVICTION AS WELL SO GOING OUT OF MY MIND BECAUSE I WAS GRIEVING THE LOSS OF MY PARENTS BUT I WAS BEING MOTHER TO MY CHILDREN AND DEALING WITH AN OUT OF CONTROL 17 YEAR OLD TEENAGER NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO FOR HIM AND ME AND MY CHILDREN I CALLED MY CPS WORKER J.B. AND SHE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED MY CHILDREN SHE SAID MY CHILDREN COULD COME BACK HOME WHEN I GOT HOUSING AND A STABLE PLACE AND SET UP FOR MY CHILDREN AND INCOME AS I HAD LOST EVERYTHING WHEN J.B. REMOVED MY CHILDREN AND GO TO MY BABY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT AS I FOUND OUT I WAS HAVING ANOTHER BABY AND I HAD MY HOUSE WITH POWER CLEAN SET UP REPAINTED WITH ALL THE KIDS BELONGING FOOD MONEY BECAUSE I GET DISABILITY AT THE TIME IT WAS BIPOLAR A.D.H.D ANXIETY O.D.C. P.T.S.D. AND SINCE MY CASE AND RIGHTS WERE T.P.R. I RE DIAGNOSED AND IT IS THE SAME DIAGNOSES I HAVE FROM 14 YEARS OLD TO 24 MY LAST PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAM OF MY OWN FREE WILL UNTIL CPS AND I HAVE OF THE DEPRESSION ANXIETY P.T.S.D., A.D.H.A., O.C.D THEY MADE ME TO BE A DRUG ADDICT BECAUSE I SMOKE WEED AND FOR THE REASON I DIDNT STATE TO THEM TO USE AGAINST ME IS I HAVE A EATING DISORDER WHERE I NEVER WANNA EAT UNLESS I AM STONED AND IF I DO I GET SICK THE SAID I WAS AN ALCOHOLIC WHEN I DRINK MAYBE THREE TIMES A YEARS AND THEY JUMPED ON MY CASE BECAUSE I HAD HAD MY DAUGHTER EMERGENCY C-SECTION AND WAS ON OXYCONTIN 40 MG THEN 20 MG BUT I WAS ON THEM FOR 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT AND I DON'T I REPEAT I DON'T DO DRUGS AND MY SONS H.D AND K.L. AND MY DAUGHTER S.L AND J.M. I STOPPED WHEN I BECAME A MOTHER THAT WAS MY LIFE THAT WAS MY ADDICTION MY BABIES ARE MY EVERYTHING SO I TOOK A SUBOXN BECAUSE I HAD NO MORE OF MY MEDICINE AND THE DOCTOR DIDN'T WANT ME HOOKED HER WORD EXACTLY AND I WAS FEELING CRAPPY AND SICK AND MY FRIEND TOLD ME IT WAS THE OXYCONTIN LEAVING MY SYSTEM SO YES I TOOK IT SO I COULD CARE FOR MY BABY AND CPS J.B. EVEN WENT INTO MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT AND THE DOCTOR BROUGHT IN A PAPER TO TIED YOUR TUBES AND SHE FORGOT A FORM AND WENT TO GET IT MY CPS WORKER J.B. SAID OH BUY THE WAY YOU ARE SIGNING THAT PAPER TO TIE YOUR TUBES OR YOUR CHILDREN WONT COME HOME AND I WILL TAKE THE BABY BE FORE YOU CAN EVEN SEE HER SO I SIGNED THE PAPER SCARED TO LOSE MY FAMILY AND WHEN I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL I HAD WRITTEN UP A LETTER FOR THEM NOT TO TIE MY TUBE AND THE DOCTOR CAME OUT AND ASKED MY AUNTJan 16th, 2014Someone from Rough And Ready, CA writes:

To those who have been elected By the People of our states to do the peoples work and who are always and at all times answerable to the people. ie...myself and all the other aggrieved parents out there. As Americans and and Residents of our individual states. We the people Compel and Require you to Act on our behalf and our Grievances and to Abide your Oaths of office to Redress our Grievances and make us whole. It has been made very public and clear that many of you have received materials, statements and proofs of wrongdoing and abuses by CPS/DCYF and family courts throughout the country whatever the monicker they hold yet you have not acted but simply ignored or shunned your duty and oaths of office. This can not stand any longer. you think of what is only politically expedient and convenient however you do not think on in the long term our stolen and broken Children (broken by the state) will affect our country in the future. That how every child stolen from good parents who have been vilified with no proof what so ever will weaken our country and further enslave the people. if this be your Goal then truly treason runs rampant in our Governments and must be dealt with. I like many others can offer Proofs of corruption, graft, Barbarism, and the total disregard of the Law and our Constitutions by these organizations and the family courts and Demand that we be herd and that you as the administrators of "OUR" Government, FOR AND BY THE PEOPLE do your Duty, And fulfill your responsibility to myself and others who are so aggrieved.REPORT COMMENTS

And incentivized child welfare will never work. It's corrupt from the minute you incentivize it. Social worker lied 2062 form put false drug test, lied Oct,16,2012 court said me or family couldn't provide for children then lied court I filed documents system today Im still fighting clear my name summited police report on this matter because I never should have lost my right parent going by laws. They refuse give my classes I paid for sum my visits for six months, drug two kids for no reason the two six years old, placing them cold showers punishment because they refuse lie say I abuse them the kids therapist is aware of it I told her she said she told by more kids. SO PLEASE UNDER STAND THEY GET PAID FOR PROTECTING "INNOCENT" CHILD NOT ABUSE AND ENDANGER OUR CHILDREN HEALTH NEGLECT ON THERE PART.
