I have had my Father pass from Extensive Small Cell Carcenoma of the Lungs and Brain, and he had the Maritol Drug. If he'd been allowed to try the Medical Marijuana for his overall treatments and pain, I believe with all my heart, it would've made a difference in his quality of life and possibly the outcome of his disease. We won't have a chance to provide our loved ones with the best possible care, if we aren't allowed to have acess to other means of care and treatments. Look at the studies and the facts. Please don't deprive others because you're affraid-that people will abuse this drug-we already have pot smokers around the world who will continue to smoke reguardless. Please give our loved ones the medicine they need. Thank You for your time and consideration.Dec 24th, 2011Someone from Bowling Green, KY writes:
I FEEL AVIDLY THAT CANNABIS SHOULD BE PERMITTED FOR THOSE WITH A DISABLING OR TERMINAL HEALTH CRISIS THAT IS UNRESPONSIVE TO EXISTING PHARMACUTICUALS THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS BE ALLOWED TO USE CANNABIS MEDICINALLY UNDER CLOSE PHYSICIAN SUPERVISON. THE DEA CLASSIFIES CANNABIS DISPENSED LEGALLY FROM LICENSED CLINICS TO THOSE DETERMINED TO SATISFY A MEDICINAL NEED FOR CANNABIS TO BE SCHEDULED AS C-II LIKE MORPHINE AND AMPHETAMINE. POSSESSION AND USE OF CANNABIS BY A PATIENT WHO FAILS TO FOLLOW STATE REGULATION RISK CRIMINAL CHARGES AND INCARCERATION IF ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER EXISTS THAT CANNABIS IS USED FOR OTHER THAN INTENDED THAT ACCORDING TO THE DEA THAT RECREATIONAL, NON MEDICINAL CANNABIS CARRY THE SAME CLASSIFICATION AS PRESENTLY, SCHEDULED C-I, BE DETERMINED WHEN PASSING JUDGEMENT FOR INFRINGMENTS. C-II CASES SHOULD CARRY SENTENCING THAT DRASTICALLY DIFFERS FROM PRESENT CANNABIS SENTENCES, WHICH ARE C-I. TO BE RECOGNIZED AS C-II THE CANNABIS MUST BE DISPENSED BY CLINICS IN AN UNIFORM STATEWIDE CONTAINER UNIQUE FOR TRANSPORTING CANNABIS. ALL CONTAINERS MUST CARRY THE SAME PATIENT INFORMATION AS FOUND ON ANY PRESCRIPTION BOTTLE DISPENSED BY A PHARMACY IN THE U.S. CANNABIS CAN ONLY BE LEGALLY TRANSPORTED WHEN ENCLOSED IN THE DISPENSED CONTAINER. PATIENT'S MAY NOT USE CANNABIS IN ANY PUBLIC LOCATION. AS WITH NARCOTIC MEDICATION, DRIVING WHILE IMPAIRED IS A CRIME WHERE THE IMPAIRED MUST BE DETAINED FOR A MINIMUM OF SIX HOURS AND FOLLOW WITH A MANDATED APPEARANCE IN COURT. ANY PATIENT WHO FAILS TO USE ANY OTHER CONTAINER THAN THE ONE DISPENSED IN CONSITUTES UNLAWFUL POSSESSION AND THE PATIENT WILL BE DETAINED AND ALL CANNABIS SEIZED AS EVIDENCE WHICH WILL BE ULTIMATELY DESTROYED. ANYONE FOUND SHARING OR SELLING CANNIBIS WILL BE CHARGED WITH NARCOTIC TRAFFICKING AND SELLING. THEY WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM BEING ALLOWED CANNABIS IN THE FUTURE FROM THE U.S. PATIENTS USING CANNABIS PUBLICALLY WILL BE CITED WITH A FINE AND REQUIRED TO EITHER DISPOSE OF THE CANNABIS IN USE OR, PROVIDED THEY HAVE THE CONTAINER GIVEN TO THEM TO TRANSPORT CANNABIS, EXTINGUISH THEIR CANNIBIS AND RETURNING IT TO THEIR TRANSPORT CONTAINER. ONE CAN ONLY LEGALLY GROW CANNABIS WITH A GOVERNMENT ISSUED LISCENSE AND ALL CANNIBIS MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR SHOULD A STATE AUDIT BE CONDUCTED. ANY DIVERSION OF CANNABIS MAY RESULT IN NARCOTIC MANUFACTURING, NARCOTIC TRAFFICKING, AND CHARGED WITH INTENT TO SELL CANNABIS ILLEGALLY. THOSE ARE MY VIEWS AND THIS IS MY STORY.. I am a young adult who has been battling an illness the for four years until recently when it rapidly became terminal within the next six months, beconing in Hospice. I grew up brain-washed from "Just Say No" campaigns, and until six months ago was ignorant of both the MARKED medicinal benefits of cannabis and understanding that cannabis provides significantly FEWER dangers and risk of addiction than five of my nine pharmacuticual medications. It wasn't until this past summer when my case of malignant sarcoma bREPORT COMMENTS

marijuana should be legal EVERYWHERE it is not a drug i am tired of hearing that its a plant that grows that way and american people should be allowed to just go out pick a couple buds off a plant smoke in peace and not ever have to worry about the law or anything like that weed does not have chemicals or anything that drugs do it dont need to be cooked or nothing and a beautiful saying is "GOD made weed, Man made beer" IN GOD WE TRUST.. america would be a better place if we could go out anytime smoking weed... thank you for your time... This is for my grandmother, who had to medicate with cannabis whilst going through Chemo. Because she lived during the cannabis prohibition, the only medicine of that kind around was not of quality, lord knows if it had pesticides or mold. But if medical cannabis was legalized for her, she would have received care from professionals who's jobs were to monitor the quality. That's true passionate care, please allow us this liberty.REPORT COMMENTS
