This is unbelievable. government is supposed to protect us, to help us prosper, and to make our lives better and easier. We elect you to keep us safe, to protect our economy, our way of life, so that all may be liberated. Stop this insanity. Leave us alone.

A long time ago, a very savy salesman told me he would rather sell a million items for a single dollar each, than a single item for a million dollars -- there are many more people with a dollar than people with a million! It really doesn't make sense to try to shrink the dealer pool so there is less competition between them -- Chrylser won't make any money if a dealer perceived as incompetent sells nothing. There is an intangible asset that appears on a company's balance sheet -- it's called "goodwill". Basically, it's the value placed on a company's reputation. Obviously, Chrysler doesn't anticipate any loss in this asset class over their ridiculous moves. BIG mistake! Unfortunately, the management team the company will end up with understand NOTHING about BUSINESS. I have owned two Plymouth minivans -- drove both to well over 100,000 miles, totaling 24 years and counting. This will be my last. I had been a stockholder, but when Daimler had enough and dumped them, I received Daimler stock in its place. Lucky me.

What is happening is illegal, immoral, unethical, and un-American!! Stop propping up Obama on the backs of dealers and creditors. I feel like we have suddenly surrendered ALL of the Constitution.

I am heartsick that this is happening to Chrysler! AND especially to the fantastic hard working people there who I count as my friends! I've bought several cars from them and for reassurance I always purchase the extended warranties.I've had things fixed for free-no problems, no worries, and EXTREMELY professional, smart, personable, knowledgeable, and courteous salespeople and service people. I love my minivans! This country is crumbling and it's scary that these top quality people are losing their jobs. Can't something be done??? My favorite dealership- Westminster Dodge in BOSTON- is being forced to close? I drive over 30 miles to get there- that's how much I think of them, and I'm picky! This is RIDICULOUS!!! I'm crying for ALL the people who work there, and their families, and my family because we don't know where to buy our cars anymore, and this country- the good old USA is going to be obsolete and all jobs will be outsourced and all we'll have is inferior junk & lousy customer service from people who can't speak English! Our parents are rolling over in their graves! God help us all! Hard work and a strong work ethic get you nowhere today but OUT of work! Insane!

Do not allow big government and big unions to selfishly destroy the hard working men and women of each community as they have done to their company.
