Amendment V No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. The Bill of Rights were clearly violated because 789 Chrysler Dealers received "NOTICE OF CANCELLATION" of their "Sales and Service" agreement without compensation of any kind. If the government shall take from the people it must compensate the people by "FAIR VALUE".REPORT COMMENTS

My family lost their business due to ignorant decisions made by the manufacturers. Being a small profitable dealership with all three brands, for nearly 42 years, did nothing to help our case. Arbitration? Please, why should we have to pay for being wrongly put out of business with no justification whatsoever. What Chrysler has done is wrong, legally and ethically, but they've proven at this point that they will do anything to do get away with it and will use our tax money to do it.REPORT COMMENTS

It is horible to see all so many reliable Chrysler dealers shut down, because they did not carry one of the Chrysler products. Where we bought our Chrysler thee dealership went back 3 generations, employing many and helping out with local affairs. Chrysler took away their franchise, after they spent thousands upon thousands implementing what Chrysler wanted. I WILL NEVER BUY A CHRYSLER PRODUCT AGAIN. NOR WILL I BUY A GM CAR. KEEP THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF BUSINESSES.REPORT COMMENTS

Whatever happened to American style LOYALTY? Verona Jeep here in W.PA was loyal to Jeep and now they're being treated worse than the imports. Shame on you, Chrysler!REPORT COMMENTS
