This is COMPLETELY Immoral!! Chrysler is taking GREAT, FAMILY dealerships out completely, people who have been FAITHFUL to them for many many decades!! And not only that but they are putting so many people out of jobs for what? Why continue to add to the unemployment lines? This must be changed!! -

Are you people insane? From a strictly business standpoint, how could closing dealers and putting 40,000 people out of work be good for the economy? Did you people not even think of the economic impact for the periphary business ie:detail shops, parts stores and such. Not to mention the inconvience you put people in that love going to the neighborhood dealer that's been there for ever. Dealers that have celebrated their loyal customers life events. Joy from birthdays, graduations, weddings and more. Customers that get personal service that you will NEVER get from a big box dealer. YOU need to rethink your positions on the dealer closing hit list. For once in your political lives, think about the working person. The people that get up every day and go to work at a dealer. They are not getting rich, just providing a good life for their families. It's time to grow a pair and think against the party line.REPORT COMMENTS

What is wrong with you people?! How do you sleep at night knowing you are putting so many people out of work? What the heck is your thought process. Do you realize just how many "mom and pop" dealers operate in small communities? Dealers that know every customer, know the families and they know us. Why would you take that away? I drive an hour to work every day cause of the dealership and the area. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!REPORT COMMENTS

If you use taxpayer monies to bailout industry, at least utilize the supply chain directors to assist in decision making. Underhanded dealings do not go unnoticed and will most certainly backfire. The citizens are aware of the local issues no matter how sedated government believes they are. Boycotts will most likely ensue returning to a noticable lack of profitability.REPORT COMMENTS
