I never thought this would happen in america. It is so sad that all of these dealers are just being ripped off without any compensation. Only would this new and improved government and "Great President""(HA HA) steal from the dealerships and give away all of there assests and hard work!!!! Watch out if it can happen to the dealers, it will happen to the rest of us!!!! People need to stand up for what they think is right and stop going along with what our government in feeding us!!!! Wake up please make this right!!!! Pay the dealers for there franchises, equipment and left over inventory!!! And by the way I still think it is illegal for a judge to void the franchise contracts!!! If I were a GM of Dodge dealer not on the list I would do anything I could to get out of buisness before the same happens to you!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge was a 5-star, high selling dealership that met all of the Chrysler criteria to stay in business but still they were closed. They were the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I will no longer buy Chrysler products if I have to travel to buy them. This is absolutely ridiculous!REPORT COMMENTS

Of course Chrysler is in trouble! Bonehead business maneuvers like closing these quality, customer service oriented dealers is part of the reason the Chrysler is on the brink. Medlyn Motor Jeep in NH has always provided me with outstanding service on my Jeeps, and built something very rare in the car sales world: a trust relationship with their customers. Now we are getting stuck dealing with slimy ?super sized? dealers which leaves you feeling like you need to get washed down by a hazmat team after dealing with them. Now, in this down economy and after accepting billions in bail-out money, Chrysler has the gaul to send out a $1000 voucher WITH A LIST OF EXCEPTIONS as to which vehicles you can buy with it. Brilliant! Chrysler pretty much took their cars and ran over their loyal customers and local dealers with them.REPORT COMMENTS

We need to stop Chrysler from closing down the dealerships. We need New City Auto Sales in Weirton, WV. I will have to travel 40 miles out of my way now. That sucks.REPORT COMMENTS

Union Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge has been our "go-to" dealer for service. It is not the closest, but the most honest and competent. Please don't force its closing.REPORT COMMENTS

Thank you Chrysler and the government for putting me and many others out of a job. It was our money that bailed out a cruddy company, which we had no say in... and then they decide to take away our jobs by shutting us down. It definitely makes you realize how little they care about their customers. I will not buy from a company who only cares to make profit and has no compassion or sympathy for their customers.REPORT COMMENTS

Tarbox has provided nothing but excellent service over the years. They are a top dealer in sales and support our community and state. So exactly what was the criteria that was used for selecting the dealerships that were being terinated? Now without a local dealer, Chrysler sends me a letter with a $1000 voucher to buy a new car. Hm, you closed my Jeep dealer and the closest one is now 30 miles away so why would I even consider using that voucher.REPORT COMMENTS

In my opinion the criteria for closing dealerships should be determined by money the dealership is putting in community with sales, employees, etc and not on Political affiliationREPORT COMMENTS
