It is no more appropriate for Obama and congress to force auto dealership closures than it is for them to pass unread and undebated bills into law. The rest of us live in the real world, not a sandbox where disconnected politicians can "play" with policy and other people's hard-earned assets as though they were toys.

Where does any branch of our government get any Constitutional authority for these abuses to our families, our free market system, and to leave the dealers high and dry with all the parts and inventory? What ever happened to the checks and balances in our Constitution that should prevent these abuses? SHAME ON CONGRESS!!!!!!!!

The gov't has no right to limit competition in the free market , I know you do but it's unlawful.

If the dealerships were not contributing to their local and national economy by being profitable small businesses I could understand some of the terminations, BUT, most of these are profitable and contributing, otherwise they could not, and would not, stay in business. They are integral parts of our economy, both on a local and national level, and there is no REASON to terminate them aside from the automotive task force dictations. Who on the automotive task force has ever been intimately involved with the auto industry prior to being selected by Barrack Obama? Even the automotive task force is ill equipped to make the decisions they have and it is the American people and our economy who is and will continue to suffer because of their decisions.

This is as unfair as you can get. these are hard working people who worked to support Chrysler and now they deserted them. What about legal contracts?
