I have been a longtime customer of Tarbox Jeep in North Kingstown,RI.They have provided exemplary service, the Jeep which I purchased from them has been an inestimable godsend, especially in the snowy, inclement winters we experience here in New England.REPORT COMMENTS

I have always wanted a Pacifica since they came out...but now I find myself outraged by this article. The customers trusted Chrysler and their products! The dealers helped make them who they are today! Don't they deserve the same respect in return? I will never purchase a Chrysler product and will encourage anyone I can to do the same!REPORT COMMENTS

What Chrysler did was use Bankruptcy to further its agenda at the cost of the dealers. They have been working on their Genesis points for a while now, but perhaps it got a little expensive to acutally assist the dealers in closing one point and joining it to another. In our case, our Dodge store Frank Kent Dodge, was on the bad list. So, they are taking it from us and giving it to our neighbor who is less than 200 feet away. I would really like to know the criteria for those selected, because it does not match what we were told. We were the #83 Dodge dealer in the country in April and have been profitable all year long. I guess when you can use the court system to cut out dealers, not pay for anything, and get what you want at no cost except to the dealers and their communities, then kudos to Chrysler for using a system that is supposed to help people to hurt people.REPORT COMMENTS

We have enabled Chrysler to terminate dealers by using Bail out funds that came from taxpayers that work and survive because of the automobile industry, now we tell dealers to close with no recourse about their investment - Who makes they decisions? Certainly not the men and women paying their taxes who voted for a positive change not for downward spiral.REPORT COMMENTS

Tarbox is a top notch dealer. Why is a company who produces being targeted when there are others who do not? They always treat customers with respect and great service. Tarbox has been a 5-star dealer from the beginning. What's happening is wrong.REPORT COMMENTS

Encouraging a bankruptcy which inevitably results hurting a group that has already sustained great losses is deplorable. We are teaching our youth that when things get tough, we bail out and declare bankruptcy which is legalized stealing.REPORT COMMENTS
