    This is not about Fake experience and is about giving opportunity to H4 spouses to work in US. As you all know not every H4 candidate will be eligible to work, only on certain criteria met, allows H4 spouses get EAD.

    This is definitely unfair to the hard working people on h1b. A person who paid so much for schools here has to wait 6-10 years. And one can get almost the same benefit for simply marring. Please fix the broken system and don't make it a joke.

    Hi, Reading most of the comments, it appears that everyone is very much concerned about the fake resumes. Fake Resumes is a big concern! We need the blame the companies who hire people with fake resumes. Not the US Govt. The back ground check system is broken. Go ahead and open a petition for stringent background check.This is not the forum to complain about IT companies hiring people with fake resumes!!

The people who recruits them know how to handle this , if the H4 dependents are fake , they will get fired , so you should believe in american who hire them.I have seen people with fake resumes getting fired in a week , so why to worry about that.Think that this is to make incompetent people more competent. That way United states have the best competent resource.A fake person cannot withstand for long , may be a week or month or a year max.So try to earn some certification or degrees or Phd when u have time for this ...Yes as most of them commented there are people with fake resumes even american consulting firm knows about it.Come up with some innovative ideas to block that.Or a bill against employers who hire fake resumed people.

    Please do not pass H4 EAD. Almost 5 lac I140 are waiting for GC. This means their spouses are eligible for H4 EAD. This will bring more workforce, more competition, low wages etc. Almost 5 lac americans and GC's will lose jobs becoz of this rule. USCIS and DHS, please do not pass this rule

Before thinking of them as immigrants think of them as women . Stop being nosy about this.     Fake resumes are there in the market even before H4 ead rule has been passed. Then why H4 EAD rule should suffer because of that? I am an H4 visa holder and my husband has degree from USA and working as an engineer. But I request him almost everyday to go back to our country since I cant work here. We dont have families here. this also creates tension between us.There must be so many families like ours here. If this rule does not pass soon,then definitely we are going back. If US does not want to retain talent,then dont pass the rule.
