If people who fake 8-10 years experience are able to do your job, then your job probably does not require genuine ,legitimate, talent or experience. That is the real misuse of h1-b - Getting talented experienced people to do a menial job. If you feel threatened by newbies, neither you or your job are what they are cracked up to be.

Please do provide H4 EAD and even provide EAD's to all I-140 holder as this will be fascinating and amazing for US. Rather having illegal immigrants and people who does not want US to prosper; its always good to accept people who wants to work hard for this country. US was always the country of good for immigrants and people from all spheres of life. This only makes this country a great country. Hence Please provide EAD to all H4 Visa Holders and also to all Approved I-140 holder.

I see plenty of people complaining and moaning on H4 EAD. The point is that this rule applies only to people who are on green card track and who have waited for 6 years, so they should be treated no different from employment opportunity perspective to regular green card holders. period. This is not about reducing competition. It is about aligning the green card program. For those who have a problem with competition, they should rail against all measures that support immigration. America is the #1 economy in the world because of free flow of ideas and opportunity. Not all immigrants will become job providers, but many will, and in the net the economy benefits more than it looses. Population growth does the same too.. A sad story is a lot of people from one particular origin complaining the most. I say we should implement tough checks on fake resumes everywhere. This is a USCIS issue and not an H4 EAD rule issue. The same stringent conditions should be applied to F1 OPTs and H1Bs. The genuine workers do not need to go through these shenanigans.. A job is based on capability and I am sure managers are adept at spotting that..

My spouse have great credentials , 6 years of work experience at 500 fortune MNC company , B.Tech , MBA , PMP certified , ITIL v3 certified all studies at Top Institutes i feel so bad that just because she married me she could not work in US on H4 , EAD must be needed for worthy people like my wife .. most of MS people here are fake. you better dont wish to stop the EAD rule , worthy (H4,H1,MS, Citizens, GCs) should deserve work authorisation. its not gonna impact any talented professionals ,who ever posting negative comments on h4 EAD , they are most probably the fearful, not worthy or poor technical skills.. why cant you guys improve your skills make yourself demandable in market rather than wasting time on this . Thanks J J

Why do people cry for H4 EAD. If a person is talented enough he should be able to get a job no matter if he is on H1/H4/L1/L2. There are so many people even on H1B/F1 who doesn't have any skills but still are working. What about them then? they should get fired too? Common, don't cry at other people, this is growing technology and you should compete with everyone. For example if you think only F1 students are highly qualified for the jobs, don't you think they worked outside while studying, they have to, because they have to pay their tuition and it is fair enough. Once again stop crying at good things and see if you can do some good to the people and USA.

I am shocked to see most of the signatures are of those of people from the same country of origin. those that were immigrants not so long ago too and those that went through the same phase not so long ago. This is really disappointing! People cannot see others benefit. As long as they are climbing up the ladder, they couldn't care less at the ones that are looking to take one step up the ladder atleast.
