I graduated B.E (engineering) in computer science and post graduated in MBA. Now i dont have job because of this h4 visa rule. I had already wasted my 2 years of experience/my career life. This situation is affecting my personal life too.. i am in depress mood. H4 is really a golden cage. I had applied for h1b, but always rejected in lottory. I strongly disagree with the petition. Because H4 EAD and recruiting process are entirely independent. It is the responsibility of the recruiting company to check and verify accuracy of candidate prior to hiring but not the responsibility of Government or USCIS. Their plate is more than full in their duties and responsibilities. If the recruiting company finds errors or misrepresentations with vendor companies then they should file a case in the court. Moreover, anyone irrespective of status in the USA can fake their experience. There are so many genuine people on H4 in other fields like mechanical, civil, electrical engineering and MBA graduates who are qualified to work in their respective fields and implement their skills and knowledge. H4 EAD would be a great boom for these people also. Please approve H4-EAD without further delay.REPORT COMMENTS

Agreed ! H4 EAD should only be given to people who are highly qualified ! It is tough to get H1B sponsorship in this country right now for highly qualified individuals because of the job slump. Most employers dont want to file H1B petition and prefer citizens/permanent residents. Come to the market, companies are dying to find good candidates, if there had been abundance of skilled people in the market would never be a need to bring skilled labor from overseas. I have seen candidates getting job by faking their resume and then losing it within few weeks or months because of their insufficient knowledge. I have a MS degree in computer science from US and I have seen people with MS degree faking resumes to get jobs. If an organization is recruiting a potential candidate based on fake resume and extends the job to that candidate for years, then, there are other serious issues within that organization and to me that job itself is Fake.
